Product Information
Tomatin 2011 (bottled 2023) is a 12-year-old Highland single malt, released as part of Gordon & MacPhail’s Discovery series. Matured in a selection of bourbon casks, it offers a bright and fruity profile with notes of crisp apples, orchard fruits and floral oak on the nose. The palate brings juicy peach, vanilla cream and tropical hints of dried mango and pineapple, leading to a finish of toasted oak, orchard blossom and a gentle touch of pepper. A vibrant and approachable dram from Tomatin.
