This whisky matures in Ardbeg ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, offering sweeter and tropical notes. You’ll find hints of green peppers, smoked mango, guava, and maple bacon on the nose. The taste evolves from smokiness to toasted tonka beans and white pepper, with touches of aniseed, burnt heather, and spiced chive. The finish lingers with warm toffee fudge and smoked butter notes.
