This particular expression has been aged in Refill Sherry Hogshead casks and is presented without chill filtration, retaining its natural colour. On the nose, expect aromas reminiscent of custard tart, riesling, porridge, and honey. The palate offers sweet custard, banana, light citrus, hay, walnut, and a subtle oak spice, with water enhancing the experience. The finish is medium to long, with lingering oak spice and a hint of acidic sweetness.

This Signature Blended Scotch Whisky is composed of 40% Malt content sourced from first-fill, sherry seasoned, European oak casks. It has been aged for 8 years and has a volume of 70cl with 46.7% alcohol content. The whisky is not subjected to chill filtration and retains its natural color. Upon pouring, the whisky has a deep gold appearance. On the nose, one can detect hints of caramel, hazelnut, vanilla icing, and dry hay. The palate has notes of sultana, almonds, and soft oak spice. The finish is short to medium, making it a smooth and easy drinking experience.
