This single malt is the cornerstone of the Auchroisk range and the only official bottling. It was released in the Flora and Fauna series in 2001, after previously being marketed as The Singleton of Auchroisk.

Palate: Sweet with a gentle softness.
Finish: Soft and dry, with notes of green cereal. -
