  Aviation Gin, founded in 2006 by Ryan Reynolds and Michael Howard, is distilled in small batches in Portland, Oregon. Named after the classic Aviation cocktail, it features a Dutch-style rye base and botanicals like juniper, lavender, anise, sarsaparilla, orange peel, and cardamom, steeped for 48 hours before redistillation.
