Bottled at 40% ABV in its distinctive hexagonal bottle, designed to stay secure aboard ships, it offers aromas of sweet cane and butter-rum. The palate delivers a complex mix of molasses and island spice with subtle oak, leading to a warm, lingering and gently spiced dry finish.
