Amber gold in colour, un-chill filtered and bottled at 46.3%. Heather honey characteristics of Deanston with aromas of creamy caramel, vanilla and sweet oak with hints of citrus and gingerbread. A satisfying, clean and dry finish with honeyed fruits and gingerbread.

Deanston 18 Year Old is an award-winning Highland single malt Scotch whisky, crafted in a former cotton mill using the pure waters of the River Teith, 100% local Scottish ingredients and traditional methods that create its signature waxy character. Matured for 16 years in second-fill traditional oak casks before a two-year finish in first-fill bourbon casks, it offers sweet and spicy notes of barley sugar and gingerbread, leading to a dry, warming finish. Bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl format, it is best enjoyed neat or over ice.

Crafted by hand, this Deanston is first matured in ex-bourbon casks from a family run cooperage in Kentucky, creating its subtle bu zesty character. The golden spirit is then finished in Virgin Oak casks, adding delicate spicy aromas. Amber gold in colour and un-chill filtered. Fresh, summery aromas of heather honey and vanilla, green apples with citrus zest and hints of sweet malt and spice. On the palate there’s candied fruits, soft creamy toffee, citrus zest and hint of ginger and clove. A lightly spiced finish with a burst of honeyed malt, citrus and sweet oakiness.
