A tequila of excellent calibre in its purest form, Rooster Rojo Blanco is bright and lively with a sweet, peppery profile. Produced at the Fabrica de Tequilas Finos distillery, and made with 100% blue weber agave juice which is steamed and fermented over four days before skilful distillation. Once distilled, the tequila is blended with water that has been filtered through Mexican silver, an innovative and intensely purifying process which is unique to Rooster Rojo. Rooster Rojo Blanco Tequila can be served as a chilled shot, poured over ice, or topped up with soda water and a generous squeeze of lime.
