KinGlassie Double Matured is a heavily peated Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky, crafted in limited annual runs each winter at InchDairnie Distillery. Made using 100% Fife-grown barley peated to over 50ppm with mainland peat, this bold expression undergoes double maturation, five years in refill American oak casks followed by three years in Amontillado casks, all in Fife. Deep almond brown in colour, it offers aromas of smoke, tobacco, and rich nuts, while the palate delivers velvety smoke and pronounced nuttiness, finishing with a long, char-filled chewiness.

Inchdairnie Kinglassie Raw 2017 is an 8-year-old Lowland single malt that showcases a rare peated style from this innovative distillery. Distilled using peated malt, produced only two weeks each year. It was matured in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 46.3% ABV. The result is a richly layered whisky with notes of smoked almonds, pipe tobacco and coconut yoghurt.
