The gin features juniper, locally grown coriander seeds, angelica root, blueberries, meadowsweet stalks, and sea orache gathered from Loch Portree’s shores. Portree, the village home and capital of the iconic island, exudes charm with its painted houses on the Pier and the historic Apothecary Tower. This provenance-centric gin serves as a tribute to showcase the village and island globally. The new bottle design encapsulates Skye’s essence, with features like Fairy Pools swirls, a copper coin in the cork, Gaelic inscriptions, the shape of Skye on the base, and contour lines on the labels representing the iconic mountains, offering a comprehensive portrayal of the island and its heritage.
