Infused with the spirit of Skye. A marriage of waters from the Storr Lochs and the right balance of the finest botanicals. Juniper berries are hand-foraged from various wild locations around Skye and slowly distilled in copper pot stills, then vapour infused with botanicals such as coriander, angelica and lemon to name a few.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Juniper is dominant but not overpowering.
Palate: Full, quite rich, damp earthy notes with subtle spices and citrus.
Finish: Very refreshing with a citrus lift.

Portree, the village home and capital of the iconic island, exudes charm with its painted houses on the Pier and the historic Apothecary Tower. This provenance-centric gin serves as a tribute to showcase the village and island globally. The new bottle design encapsulates Skye’s essence, with features like Fairy Pools swirls, a copper coin in the cork, Gaelic inscriptions, the shape of Skye on the base, and contour lines on the labels representing the iconic mountains, offering a comprehensive portrayal of the island and its heritage.
