Introduced to the core range in 2024, Tomatin’s 12-Year-Old Sherry Cask enhances the classic 12-Year-old by fully maturing in sherry casks for 12 years. The bottle features scarlet and gold accents, reflecting the rich flavours imparted by the sherry wood during maturation.
Nose Caramelised apple, pear, sultana, orange peel, apricot and hints of aged leather
Palate Chocolate fudge, manuka honey, dried fruit and nut.
Finish Cinnamon spice.

Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

A delicious aroma of crushed walnuts and caramel, Seville orange, black pepper and red berries. Ginger, green apple and a touch of salty sea air on the palate gives way to sweet chocolate and cooking spices. With a finish of vanilla pods and crumbly fudge.

Nose: Lemon, Panatella And Pine Forest. Slightly Green With Vanilla.
Palate: Cracked Pepper And Sweet Barley With Pineapple Cube Sweets. Waves Of Warming Oak Beneath.
Finish: Sweet But Peppered.
Overall: A Clean And Certainly Affordable Single Malt Whisky.
