Inspired by the mythical lightning serpent of Ardbeg lore, this expression is crafted from a unique marriage of whiskies matured in Madeira wine casks and classic ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, it bursts with vibrant notes of smoked orange, treacle, peppermint and pecan nuts, leading to a smoky, citrus-laced finish. Non-chill filtered and presented with natural colour, it is a bold and imaginative take on Ardbeg’s peaty style.
