Bottled at 57.7% ABV, this 70cl expression is finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, imparting the rich sweetness and depth of Spain’s famed dessert wine. Expect indulgent layers of toasted coffee, golden honey and candied fruit, balanced by hints of velvety chocolate, dried fruits and toffee from the PX influence. A full-bodied and sophisticated bourbon that showcases both complexity and elegance.
