Product Information
Dailuaine 8 Year Old is a limited release from independent bottler Blind Summit, showcasing the distillery’s famously waxy spirit. Distilled on 5 May 2017 and bottled at 55.6% ABV, only 142 bottles were produced from this standout cask. The nose is rich with candied ginger, lemon, buttermilk, pear, peach, crème caramel and toffee. The palate is full, round and oily, offering notes of wild honey, apricot, peach, custard and gentle spice. A bold and expressive Speyside single malt from one of Blind Summit’s favourite casks.
