Product Information
Bollinger Special Cuvée NV is a refined Champagne crafted from a meticulous blend of harvest grapes and reserve wines, some matured in magnums for up to 16 years. Presented in a 75cl gift box, the blend comprises 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier, with over 85% sourced from Grands and Premiers crus. Cellar-aged for more than twice the minimum required by the appellation and finished with a moderate dosage of 8–9 g/l, it delivers the rich, complex and elegant style for which Bollinger is celebrated.

Rosebank 31 Year Old – Legacy Release Two is a remarkable whisky drawn from a carefully selected range of casks laid down in 1990, just before the distillery closed in 1993. This vibrant and light expression opens with bursts of citrus, soft vanilla, and candied almonds, while camomile, berry, and baked banana appear on the palate. It finishes smoothly with sweet peach, oak, and herbal notes.
