Clydebuilt Sherry Cask Matured 100 Proof is a bold single malt selected by Ardgowan’s whisky maker Laura Davies. Matured and married in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez hogsheads, this higher-strength edition amplifies the rich Clydebuilt style. Bottled at traditional 100 Proof (57.1% ABV), non-chill filtered and with no added colouring, it delivers aromas of raisins, dates, toasted nuts and spice, a full-bodied palate of dried fruits, dark chocolate and leather, and a long, warming finish with layered spice and oak.
