Bottled at 40% ABV, it balances bold tropical character with a smooth, refined finish. Rich caramel, smoky oak, tobacco and ripe banana lead on the nose and palate, followed by butterscotch, toasted oak and fresh citrus zest. Best enjoyed on the rocks, with mixers such as cola, ginger ale or lemonade, or as the base for exotic rum cocktails.
