This 14-year-old Roseisle has been matured in a mix of refill and rejuvenated casks, resulting in a complex and harmoniously balanced single malt. It opens with sweet, buttery cake notes and smooth vanilla, followed by bright acidity, a touch of peppery heat, and a fusion of green, grassy, fruity, and nutty flavours. A splash of water brings out more of its herbal and grassy depth, adding another layer to this elegant whisky.
