The Fettercairn Distillery, which is located in the foothills of Scotland’s Cairngorms go to extraordinary lengths to capture the purest expression of the whisky. Drenching the still in crystal clear mountain water, cooling the copper so only the finest vapours rise. The colour of sunlight and amber honey with aromas of vanilla, pear and soft spices. A refreshing taste of nectarine and tropical fruit with subtle roasted coffee, clove and ginger. A memorable finish of sultanas and black toffee.
