This extremely limited edition Glaswegin has been rested in a reposado tequila cask, creating a uniquely complex and earthy gin. Delicately balanced to highlight both spirits, it opens with light juniper and citrus top notes, followed by deep, sultry spice aromas. The palate unfolds with cracked black pepper, sandalwood, nutmeg, and fennel, leading to a herbaceous finish of pine, dill, and coriander. Best served with equal parts tonic and a slice of lime, or as the base for a refined Last Word cocktail. With only 250 bottles available, this 41.1% ABV release is a rare and intriguing expression.
