Product Information
This deep and complex sherry cask finish richly illustrates Glen Moray’s expertise in marrying casks, a skill they’ve been honing since the distillery was founded more than 120 years ago. Firstly maturing the spirit in American oak casks, for their traditional Speyside style. Then when the whisky is ready, is is finished for several months in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. The single malt emerges from those sherry casks filled with notes of dried fruity, nuts and spice, to be savoured both by long-time single malt fans and those who are new to whisky.
