Glencadam Madeira Wine Cask Finish is a Highland single malt matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in select Madeira wine casks from Portugal. Bottled at 46% ABV, this elegant whisky offers inviting aromas of cooked apples, brambles and custard tarts, enriched by syrup sponge cake, nutmeg and berry coulis. The palate delivers spiced fruits, cantaloupe melon, golden raisins and summer fruit pudding, balanced with dark chocolate and ginger spice. A long, indulgent finish brings brittle toffee, mocha and chocolate truffle, wrapped in warm cake spices.
