Renowned whisky maker Dr Bill Lumsden crafted this unique Glenmorangie single malt to capture the essence of a trip to the ice cream parlour. Aged in a combination of bourbon barrels and toasted new oak, the casks were chosen for their high levels of vanillin, an organic compound in oak that imparts creamy vanilla flavours. The result is a richly layered Highland whisky with notes of coconut, brioche, almonds, and popcorn, complemented by hints of lemon, sweet anise, and a delightful touch of ice cream.
