Meaning “cloud” in Japanese, Kumo is part of Kanpai’s premium signature series, celebrating the purity and versatility of sake. Matured on the lees and bottled with fine rice sediment, it delivers bold acidity and tropical character, finishing with a creamy yoghurt richness. At 37.5cl, this elegant cloudy sake is best gently mixed before serving and pairs beautifully with spicy curries, fried chicken or even ice cream.
