“Ginny” the Highland cow, is the first in Kinrara Distillery’s Artists Edition Series. Illustrated by Scottish Artist Kat Baxter, “Ginny” is depicted using juniper, rosehip, rowan berry, orange and lemon which are used to distill this gin. Juniper led with citrus and floral notes on the nose. Dry to taste initially, the gin opens up beautifully when served over ice with the addition of a quality tonic. Expect citrus notes and a lovely floral finish lingering on palate.
