Ledaig Hebridean Moon is a limited edition single malt inspired by Mull’s ancient Baliscate Standing Stones, long associated with the lunar cycle and themes of renewal. Distilled in 2014, it is the first spirit produced using Tobermory Distillery’s new stills, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the distillery’s story. Aged for over ten years in second-fill bourbon casks, this whisky combines earthy smoke with soft vanilla, candied fruit and gentle spice on the nose. The palate offers citrus notes like lemon drizzle cake, balanced with leather, tobacco and toasted oak, leading to a lingering finish of warm medicinal smoke and cinnamon.
