Nc’nean Huntress: Lemon Meadow (70cl, 48.5% ABV) is the fourth release in the distillery’s experimental Huntress series, inspired by the Gaelic goddess Neachneohain. This certified organic, non-chill filtered single malt showcases Nc’nean’s passion for fermentation innovation, using a yeast strain from French sparkling wine production to create creamy, citrus-led flavours. Matured in a mix of STR red wine (56%), ex-American whiskey (42%) and Oloroso sherry casks (2%), it delivers notes of lemon sorbet, fresh chamomile, and buttery shortbread. Made with 100% organic Scottish barley, bottled in recycled glass, and crafted at a fully renewably powered distillery, this limited release of around 5,500 bottles is vegan, gluten free, and proudly B Corp certified.
