Octomore 16.3 is the epitome of the Octomore style, distilled from 100% Islay Concerto barley grown at Octomore Farm and malted to an extraordinary 189.5 PPM. Aged for five years in a combination of bourbon, Sauternes and Pedro Ximénez casks, and bottled at 61.6% ABV, it delivers a powerful yet elegant profile. Honeyed malt, toasted grain and earthy depth intertwine with delicate smoke, salinity and subtle floral notes, showcasing the true character of Islay’s land and spirit. A contemplative whisky that unfolds its complexity slowly and with remarkable finesse.
