This 17 Year Old Islay single malt is the first in an annual limited-edition series from Elixir Distillers. Matured in refill casks and bottled in 2023 without chill filtration or colouring, it opens with vibrant citrus on the nose before revealing classic Islay smoke. The palate brings notes of wildflower meadows, freshly cut grass, caramel and vanilla, leading to a long, ashy finish. A refined and expressive whisky that captures the essence of Islay.
