Rock Rose Gin is flavourful and fresh, with a zesty berry character and a long, smooth finish. Its distinctive taste comes from a carefully crafted blend of local and traditional botanicals, chosen for their unique flavour properties. After fifty-five experiments, Martin and Claire perfected the recipe, capturing the essence of Caithness in the first batch distilled on 17th August 2014. The gin features a delicate rose bouquet with cardamom and citrus on the nose, while the palate offers fruity berries, bright juniper, crisp citrus, eucalyptus, light florals, and a resinous undertone, creating a full-bodied and harmonious profile.
