Sheep Dip is an exceptional blended malt made up of more than a dozen individual Scottish single malts that have been aged for a minimum of five years in an assortment of first-fill sherry, first-fill bourbon, and refill oak casks. Its vintage packaging is also impressive.
Nose: Fruity aromas of melon, pear and orange, quickly followed citrusy botanical notes against a backdrop of sweet marzipan
Palate: Rich, Malty flavours full of toffee and dark fruits.
Finish: Long and creamy with lingering vanilla and a feint hint of distant bonfires
