Product Information
This 25-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Talisker distillery, located on the stunning Isle of Skye, was primarily matured in American oak hogsheads, with some influence from European oak refill casks. A truly exceptional release, it opens on the nose with aromas of banana fritters, sea spray, old oak furniture, cider apples, and a touch of Frazzles, all balanced by notes of crumbly fudge. On the palate, floral heather with a hint of rose, before developing into richer flavours of salted caramel, chilli chocolate, smoky barley, and nectarines. The finish brings a sweetened smokiness, underscored by a subtle undercurrent of cedar. 45.8% ABV.
