Mermaid Gin from the Isle of Wight is created using ten ethically sourced botanicals, it is a smooth but complex blend of the freshness of organic lemon zest, the peppery notes in grains of paradise and a hint of sea air from fragrant rock samphire. Refreshing and invigorating.
The rock samphire is locally foraged from the space between the sea and the shore, the world of the free spirited mermaid. Boadicea hops are grown at the famous Ventnor Botanic Garden and our coriander seeds are the first to be commercially grown in England. The other botanicals – including angelica root, liquorish root and orris root – are sourced by a father & son partnership visiting families and farmers around the world.

This small batch gin has been handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014. However, it has recently received a massive remodelling into this new and unique mermaid inspired eco friendly bottle.

Using Strawberries from Isle of Wight’s Arreton Valley, fruit that would otherwise be discarded for looks alone, our Pink Gin infuses the sweetness and aromatics of real English strawberries with the delicate yet complex flavour of our award winning Mermaid Gin with its subtle blend of foraged rock samphire, grains of paradise and lemon zest.
The result is a vibrant strawberry on the nose, subtle yet lingering strawberry undertones complemented by the natural sweetness of the ripe fruit.
Mermaid Pink is the perfect foundation for a summer fruit cup with a ginger ale or a Pink Mermaid and Tonic garnished with strawberries, fresh mint and a slice of lime.
