Fonseca Bin 27 Premium Reserve Port is a richly fruity and velvety expression first created over a century ago for the Guimaraens family’s private enjoyment, only released commercially in 1972. Presented here in a stylish gift tin, it shows a deep ruby colour and an intense nose of blackberry, cassis, cherry and plum interwoven with subtle spice. Full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with firm tannins and lingering black fruit flavours, it pairs beautifully with chocolate desserts, ripe strawberries or soft cheeses, and is equally enjoyable on its own at the end of a meal. Bottled at 20% ABV in 75cl.
