Aromatic Peat – slow burning and treeless from Hobbister Moor, hand turned floor maltings, sherry seasoned oak casks for rich flavour and natural colour, cool maturation on Orkney off the North coast of Scotland, harmonising up to 120 single casks aged for 18 years or longer.
