GlenAllachie 11 Year Old 2012 #8 is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2012 and matured in a selection of Oloroso sherry casks. Released by independent bottler Signatory as the eighth edition in their Small Batch collection, this whisky is non-chill filtered and free from added colour. It offers aromas of cinnamon sticks, honeyed sultanas and juicy apples, leading to a palate of ripe apples, zesty orange peel, and vanilla sponge. The finish lingers with clementine, stewed stone fruits and a hint of clove.
