Clydebuilt 2012 Pedro Ximénez Single Cask is a Speyside single malt, specially selected by Ardgowan’s whisky maker Laura Davies. Distilled in 2012 and matured in a PX sherry hogshead (cask no. AS059), it was bottled at natural cask strength of 58.5% ABV, with just 352 bottles released. Non-chill filtered and free from added colouring, it offers a nose of ripe figs, sticky dates and rich caramel, followed by a palate of velvety toffee, dark chocolate and espresso, leading to a long, sweet and luxuriously smooth finish.

From Ardgowan Distillery, Clydebuilt Scottish Dry Gin is handcrafted at Bankfoot Farm, blending locally foraged botanicals with classic gin ingredients from around the world. Inspired by the luxurious Art Deco interiors of Clydebuilt vessels, this gin captures the spirit of Scotland’s shipbuilding heritage. With piney juniper, sharp citrus, and coriander, it also incorporates gorse, wood sorrel, mint, and sweet woodruff from the slopes near Ardgowan Distillery. The result is a complex, small-batch gin, distilled in a traditional copper pot still and bottled at 43% ABV for enhanced flavour.
