Aultmore 2011 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt released as part of The Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks Parcel No.12. Distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023, it was drawn from a small batch of seven barrels and bottled at 48% ABV. The nose offers floral notes of baklava, dark berries, toasted oak and herbal honey. On the palate, creamy vanilla, buttery flapjack and crème caramel are balanced by dried raspberries and citrus peel. The finish lingers with sweet liquorice, lemon balm and soft vanilla. A refined and vibrant small-batch dram.
