The distillery are on a mission to promote environmental sustainability, using left over sugar cane material to fuel the pot stills at the distillery. They also use canopy water in the proofing process.This spirit is created by fermenting freshly pressed sugar cane then double distilling it in a pot-still. It is then rested in american oak bourbon barrels. 70cl 42% ABV
