Dorchadas Washed Aashore is a single cask rum of Dominican origin, distilled in February 2014 on a column still from cane fruit. Aged for nine years in bourbon casks at origin before spending a further two years in a peated quarter cask in the UK, it offers 11 years of maturation and a distinctive finishing influence. Bottled in Scotland at natural cask strength of 62.3% ABV, this limited release combines tropical rum character with layers of smoke and depth from its unique cask journey.
