Distilled back in 2001, the spirit embarked on its journey within refill ex Bourbon hogsheads before transitioning to fresh Oloroso Sherry butts a few years later. In this release, derived from the triumvirate of cask numbers 2413, 2414, and 2504, the culmination occurred on the 3rd of July 2023, delivering a mere 1919 bottles.
This exceptional whisky is as natural as it gets – no artificial color enhancers grace this bottling, just the honest hue gained from its maturation process. Presented at its unadulterated cask strength, this refined single malt whisky encapsulates the full spectrum of colors and flavors that 21 years of maturation have bestowed upon it.
