This 16-year-old Glenlossie 2009 is a rare single cask release from The Alistair Walker Whisky Company’s Infrequent Flyers range. Distilled in Speyside and finished for over 17 months in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, it was bottled in 2025 at natural cask strength (54.7% ABV) without chill filtration or colouring. Drawn from Cask No. 9096 with a limited outturn of 354 bottles, this is a bold and flavourful expression from a distillery whose spirit is rarely seen outside blends. A rare chance to savour Glenlossie in richly sherried, single malt form.

Glenlossie 2008 14 Year Old #755 is a Speyside single malt from Elixir Distillers’ Single Malts of Scotland series. Distilled in 2008 and matured in a single cask for 14 years, it is bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration. Known for its grassy, oily spirit often used in blends, Glenlossie shines here as a rare single malt. The nose offers caramelised banana, wood char, elderflower and milky chai. The palate is viscous with juniper, peppercorns, tea biscuits, cherry and nutmeg, leading to a dry, herbal-spiced finish. A refined and characterful Speyside dram.
