The Hearach Oloroso Cask Matured is a rich, aromatic whisky matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. This Isle of Harris creation boasts a bold profile with notes of orange peel, warming spices, fireside smoke, and toasted hazelnuts. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and lightly peated (12-15ppm). Handcrafted from casks sourced from Bodega José y Miguel Martín in Andalusia, it offers a complex experience with hints of cinnamon, cloves, walnuts, and dried oranges, finishing with a touch of leather and liquorice.
