Made with heavily peated barley before being matured in ex-bourbon casks, this single malt contains powerful flavours of peat smoke, sweet and medicinal with lingering saltiness.

Produced at the Hebridean Distillery for 6 months of the year, Ledaig, pronounced ‘Letch-ick’, is a smoky single malt. Heavily-peated, robust, and with sweet smoke and earthy notes. A wonderfully smoky island Single Malt Scotch whisky which balances sweet and floral aromas with the richness and warmth of sea salt and smoke. The spirit is gently aged in ex-bourbon casks for many years before being finished in selected ex-sherry casks for a final flourish, adding layers of complexity and finesse.

In 1797 John Sinclair, an innovative kelp merchant, applied for a lease of land know as Ledaig (letch-ick), which means “safe haven”. After his first application was rejected, he persevered, remained true to his vision and, a year later the distillery was established.
This is the first release of Tobermory Distillery’s Sinclair Series and is inspired by the Spanish galleon which sank of the harbour of Tobermory more than 400 years ago. Believed to have been laden with jewels, this signature expression of Ledaig has been finished in hand selected Rioja casks in honour of the Spanish treasure buried deep off the shoreline.
Made with heavily peated barley before being matured in ex-bourbon casks, and finished in hand-selected Spanish Rioja casks. This single malt contains powerful flavours of smoke, spice, grape and sweet berries, with a lingering saltiness. Is the very definition of Tobermory Distillery’s expressive nature.

Isle of Mull distillery Tobermory has launched its new flagship 12-year-old whisky!
The whisky, which will replace the 10-year-old in the brand’s core range, has been matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels before spending up to nine months in virgin American oak casks.
Rich fruit, orange and citrus notes’ on the nose and creamy caramel, rich vanilla and spicy hints of cinnamon and clove on the palate.

Unkiltered Nº05 The Winter Warmer is a rich and indulgent 8-year-old Island single malt, distilled at Tobermory and bottled at 51.0% ABV. Matured in an Amarone barrique for its final 18 months, this full-bodied whisky delivers luxurious notes of dark chocolate cherries, rooibos tea, and biscotti. With a silky texture and a beautifully lingering finish, it drinks with a depth beyond its years. Natural in colour and non-chill filtered, this limited release (only 369 bottles) is the perfect dram to cosy up with on a cold winter’s night.
