The Allt Gleann, the second installment in Torabhaig’s Legacy series of single malt whiskies, offers a smoky character. It is crafted using a select few casks filled with heavily-peated whisky from both 2017 and 2018. Aromas reminiscent of heathery smoke, delicate blossom honey, barley sugars, and briny sea air grace the nose, while the palate delights in the presence of vanilla cream, smoky bonfire notes, warm tar, briny oiliness, and sweet spices.

The fourth release in Torabhaig’s Legacy Series, Sleat Legacy is a peated single malt from the Isle of Skye, marking the distillery’s ongoing journey toward a 10-year-old expression. Matured in a mix of new oak and refill bourbon American oak casks, it offers layers of sweet bonfire smoke, maritime salinity, vanilla, and honey. The label features artwork by local artist Ellis O’Connor, celebrating the Sleat Peninsula. Expect aromas of flamed orange, toffee apple, and smoked seaweed, a palate of zesty citrus, woody spice, and vanilla fudge, and a briny, sweetly peated finish.
