To fully explore the great depths of the 105 – add a little water. Deep peaty-gold in colour. Complex aromas of oak, apples, pears and a tempting dark toffee sweetness. Its dry and assertive flavour quickly develops to reveal a rich spiciness, combined with a hint of oak and sherried fruit. An amazing smooth finish for it’s strength. Wonderfully warming with a lingering spiciness, yet very rounded.

Amber with dark gold highlights in colour. The nose is complex yet refined, with tempting aromas of marmalade, honey, freshly ground coffee, sherry and nuts. Full bodied and robust flavour. Sherry and oak fight for your attention but none are overpowering . A long lasting intense finish. Dry and malty with a beautiful dark chocolate.
