The Bowmore Aston Martin Masters’ Selection 21-year-old is the fourth and final edition in the celebrated series, epitomising the partnership between the revered Islay distillery and Aston Martin. This single malt, matured in Tawny Port American Oak casks and Oloroso Sherry butts, is bottled at 51.4% ABV and showcases Bowmore’s intentional craftsmanship. The complex aromas balance nutty character and sweetness with hints of leather, fresh pipe tobacco, and oak spices. Notes of charred peaches, bergamot syrup, sandalwood, and light peat lead to a palate of roasted chestnuts, salted caramel, Seville orange zest, dry thyme, milk chocolate, and peat smoke. The finish is velvety and mouth-coating, evolving into a long, warming, and drying finale with lingering peat smoke.
