Distilled back in 2001, the spirit embarked on its journey within refill ex Bourbon hogsheads before transitioning to fresh Oloroso Sherry butts a few years later. In this release, derived from the triumvirate of cask numbers 2413, 2414, and 2504, the culmination occurred on the 3rd of July 2023, delivering a mere 1919 bottles.
This exceptional whisky is as natural as it gets – no artificial color enhancers grace this bottling, just the honest hue gained from its maturation process.
