Cask Orkney 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV. Crafted to celebrate the Neolithic folklore of Orkney, it captures the island’s spirit with a perfectly balanced and evocative profile. With a butterscotch gold hue, it opens on the nose with clover honey, Parma violet, ripe peach and wild heather embers. The palate follows with notes of grilled plum, barley sugar, noble hop and caraway, leading to a long, peppery smoke finish lifted by tart citrus and foraged pine.
